Marketing has become easier to produce.
And harder to navigate.

Most Brands are still trying to solve new problems with old assumptions. I help You Stop Treating Habits Like Strategy.

I bring a background in clinical psychology, research, brand, marketing, and customer experience to complex business problems.

THE MODERN MARKETING DILEMMA

The tools are changing. The channels are changing. The fundamentals are not.

AI has definitely made it easier to make more stuff. What it hasn't done, however, is make it easier for us to know what is worth making.

Search is evolving dramatically. Discovery is happening in more places. Buyer journeys are messier than ever. Trust is harder for brands to earn. And already overstretched, under-resourced marketing professionals are being asked to keep up with it all at once.

Modern marketing has fewer barriers to execution and more opportunities to waste time.

Now that almost anyone can create, publish, automate, test, and scale quickly, there’s plenty of activity. But good judgment is something else entirely. The real advantage for brands today isn’t just doing more things or making more stuff. Activity doesn't always lead to progress.

The companies that adapt best will be the ones that understand who they are, whom they serve, and what their audience needs. To do that, they need to figure out which parts of their brand really deserve focus.

Strategic Guidance

The most difficult part of marketing is identifying the right problem.

Strategy Evolution

What worked before does not automatically deserve to keep working now. Markets change. Buyers change. Expectations change. I look at what still holds up under current conditions, what has lost relevance, and what the business needs next—without throwing away what made the brand valuable in the first place.

Team Cohesion

Good strategy falls apart when every team is interpreting it differently. Marketing, sales, leadership, product, operations, and customer experience should not be solving six different versions of the same problem. I help create a shared understanding of what everyone is working toward and how it all fits within the bigger picture.

Human Judgment

Automate the task, not the thinking. AI and technology make work faster, easier, and more scalable. They can also create a false sense that every decision should be automated. I review where technology adds value and, most importantly, where removing people from the process creates more risk than efficiency.

Strategic Efficiency

Solve the right problem before you spend time, money, and energy trying to solve it well. A lot of wasted marketing comes from moving too quickly into execution before anyone has stopped to ask whether the underlying assumption is right. I start there by evaluating what is worth fixing and what else might be missing.

Cohesive Storytelling

Your audience does not experience your brand in departments. The story should hold together across your website, sales conversations, marketing, customer experience, and everything in between. I explore possible gaps, contradictions, and disconnects that make a brand harder to understand or trust.

Progress over Activity

Being busy is not the same as moving forward. More campaigns, more content, more meetings, and more dashboards do not automatically create better outcomes. I focus on data that reveal something meaningful and apply actionable insights to your business for better decision-making.
